Lead Times
Our lead times vary depending on product selection. Typically, bedding will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. Mattresses that are not customized will be delivered in approximately two weeks, and customizable mattresses in approximately 4 to 8 weeks, as they are custom made. You may contact your store for specific Lead Times on your purchases.
Superior White Glove Delivery Options
The Natural Mattress offers free white glove delivery services in Austin, Houston, & Dallas for most of our natural mattresses, and $125 for lesser expensive ones. We offer same-day delivery on all in-stock items. For out of town or hands free shipping, most mattress options & all bedding options drop ship straight to your doorstep for free, anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. This does not apply to a few of our mattresses. You will be made well aware of any & all charges before purchase.

Outside
Our team will deliver to the curb or the first dry area outside your home, depending on the size and type of item. The first dry area can be a patio or garage. The item will not be brought into your building. The team will not carry the item up any steps or stairs. The team will not unpack or remove any debris. A signature will be required.
Room of Choice
Our team will be on-site for up to 15 minutes and will deliver inside to your room of choice. Please make sure that there is a clear pathway from where our truck must park all the way to the desired delivery location. The team will not unpack or remove any debris. A signature will be required. Our collective safety is our utmost concern. We require both the home delivery specialist teams and the homeowner to adhere to Covid 19 protocols including mask-wearing and social distancing.
Threshold
Our team will be on-site for up to ten minutes and will deliver to the first dry area inside your front or porch door, or to your garage. The team will not unpack or remove any debris. A signature will be required. Our collective safety is our utmost concern. We require both the home delivery specialist teams and the homeowner to adhere to Covid 19 protocols including mask-wearing and social distancing.
White Glove Assembly
Our team will be on-site and deliver inside to your room of choice, unpack the merchandise and remove the debris. Please make sure that there is a clear pathway from where our truck must park to the desired delivery location. A signature will be required. Our collective safety is our utmost concern. We require both the home delivery specialist team and the homeowner to adhere to Covid 19 protocols including mask-wearing and social distancing.
