It’s pretty simple. If, within 100 nights of receiving your merchandise, you are not, for any reason, completely satisfied with your purchase from any Austin Natural Mattress location, you can exchange that merchandise one time for anything else in the store, with NO RESTOCKING FEE or PERCENTAGE.
Also, you may exchange for anything in the store. If the exchange value is less than the original purchase value, a credit memo will be issued to the customer for the difference. This credit will be good for one year from the date of original purchase at any Austin Natural Mattress location (unlike the big box mattress store which charges a hefty restocking fee and you can only exchange for something of equal or greater value in their guarantee).
The Comfort Guarantee applies to standard mattress purchases only. Custom built mattresses, odd sizes (California king, extra long queen or full,etc), floor samples, build a beds, any and all accessories, pillows, sheets, protectors, furniture, etc., are not covered by this policy. Per Texas State Health Department regulations, if your mattress has been stained or soiled in any way, we cannot exchange it. Please use your waterproof mattress protector!
The customer may return a mattress and leave with a new mattress at no additional charge. Or, we’ll bring the new mattress to you and take back the prior mattress for a flat delivery fee of $125 anywhere in Austin.
Our Lowest Price Guarantee
If you buy a mattress from us and see it advertised locally within 30 days for a lower price, bring in the advertisement and we’ll refund the difference plus 10% of that difference.
So far, nobody has been able to beat our prices, but it’s a standing offer.

Should you receive your order and decide you wish to return it for whatever reason, please email us at info@austinnaturalmattress.com within 100 Days of product receipt to process a return and Receive a RMA.
You must obtain a RMA in order to return. (Return Merchandise Authorization)
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA.
Your RMA will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. Follow the directions within the email for a quick and easy return. All returns must be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of RMA. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (sorry, no COD deliveries). For your protection, we encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all returns (for example: UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Please keep a copy of your tracking number until credit has been issued. Credit (less a 25 % restocking fee) will be issued after the returned product(s) is received by The Natural Mattressand an authorized company representative has inspected the product(s) and their packaging to ensure there is no damage and that all product(s) are in good saleable condition.
Expedited (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Notwithstanding the above, returns cannot be accepted and credit will not be issued on custom size orders.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products from the hazards of shipping; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged. Should the product you ordered arrive damaged, the best course of action is to refuse it to the carrier at time of delivery. Should you accept the package, make sure the damage is clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery record so that The Natural Mattressmay file a damage claim with the carrier. If damage is found and shipment was not refused, please save all packing materials along with the unopened product. You must notify a The Natural Mattressrepresentative of damaged goods within the first five (5) days of arrival by calling (737) 252-4751and speaking with a representative for further instructions. You may also email us at info@austinnaturalmattress.com to notify us of any freight damage.
ERRORS IN SHIPMENT
If you have received a mis-shipment due to a The Natural Mattress error, you must contact The Natural Mattresswithin five (5) days of receipt. Please contact us either by phone (737) 252-4751 or email (info@austinnaturalmattress.com) so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and product return instructions.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
At The Natural Mattress, we make every effort to ensure the product we sell is of the highest quality. Should you receive a product from us that you suspect is defective, email us at info@austinnaturalmattress.com within thirty (30) days of product receipt so we may remedy the problem. We may require that you consult with our technical support department to verify whether or not a product is defective. Should product(s) be deemed defective by The Natural Mattress, said product(s) may be either exchanged or customers’ account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original order. In any event, credit for merchandise deemed defective by The Natural Mattresscannot exceed original purchase price of product(s).
REFUNDS
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within ten (10) business days of your return’s arrival to the address specified by The Natural Mattress. All sales are final on products which are made to customer specification.
